NUTRITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
(Compared to Science Plan* Canine Adult)
Fibre - increased
Protein - reduced
Minerals - similar intake
Energy - reduced
L-Carnitine - supplemented (dry)

INDICATIONS

Science Plan Canine Light Adult is formulated for adult dogs requiring
fewer calories, e.g. that are less active, neutered or otherwise prone
to obesity. Providing a nutritionally-balanced food with reduced energy
density helps control body weight, and replacing digestible calories with
indigestible fibre increases bulk and helps to avoid hunger. L-carnitine
supplementation (dry) ensures adequate levels to help limit fat deposition
and maintain lean body mass.

Science Plan Canine Light Adult (dry) also contains a Superior Antioxidant
Formula to reduce oxidative cell damage.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR
1. Cats.
2. Pregnant and lactating bitches. During pregnancy and in lactation
bitches should be switched to to Science Plan* Puppy or Science Plan*
Puppy Mini.

For all areas in the UK our preferred carrier is Royal Mail (tracked) where suitable. When Royal Mail isn’t suitable (usually larger orders over 5KG or larger than their maximum dimensions of 61cm x 46cm x 46cm), shipments will be sent using Parcel Force. International orders will usually be sent using Royal Mail for parcels upto 2kg and ParcelForce WorldWide for items heavier than 2kg. Delivery charges are now included with every order for the UK. You can use coupon code FREEDEL to benefit from free economy delivery if your delivery address is mainland UK.

Significantly larger orders will usually be a pallet delivery using Pallet Ways parcel network.

All non-sealed boxes are intentionally packed in a manner allowing them to be delivered in a more compact package, resulting in lower shipping costs for us (as a large letter) and better value for you, the customer. So you may find that an outer box has been flat packed to fit it in an envelope or similar.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are usually despatched daily except weekends and normal holiday periods. To ensure the freshest possible supplies we now order daily from our suppliers and hold minimal stock. Orders placed before 11am on a Monday will leave us on Tuesday. Orders then received by Tuesday 11am will leave us on Wednesday etc. We will try to keep you up to date on the progress of your order by email and when available will send you tracking information. You can also monitor the progress of your order online.

RETURNS
We do accept returns at our discretion under some circumstances. We are striving for 100% satisfied customers but sometimes it is just not reasonable to accept a return, eg with short shelf life items. If there is a problem with your order please notify us within 14 days of receiving it. We will do our best to rectify any issues to your complete satisfaction. If the item is not as described or is faulty we will provide a prepaid return label upon request for you to print and attach to the parcel, or provide a link where you can generate a label yourself. This is the only method of return we will pay for. If you would like to return the goods using your own methods please return the goods to us in the condition you received them and if you have not contacted us and made us aware, please include a written explanation. At our discretion we will deduct a restocking fee (when we or the product is not at fault) which will be a minimum of £2.99, and will be based on the expenses incurred in the packing and postage costs associated with getting your order to you in the first place. If you choose to return the goods simply because you have changed your mind we will not cover expenses to return the goods to us. We can still provide a prepaid return label should you wish the cost of which will be deducted from any refunds. The cost of return labels typically varies from £2.99 to £7.99. The refund will be processed only when we receive the good back.

You can generate a return label through Royal Mail Tracked Returns for parcels weighing upto 20KG (including packaging). You will need you Order ID and a valid RMA number (available from our customer service team).

With any returns, please include the despatch notice/invoice for us to trace it against your order to efficiently process any refunds.
